You could measure by attendance. Over 131,000 people attended last year!

You could measure by the pounds of ribs sold.  Over 90,000 pounds of ribs sold.

You could measure by the number of Rib Teams. 15 Rib teams from accross North America!

You could measure by money raised for the community. Over $1.3 million dollars raised over the last 10 years for our community.
