The Burlington Lakeshore Rotary Club is offering the opportunity to become a sponsor for the 13th Annual Canada’s Largest Ribfest held from Friday the 29th of August to Monday September 1st, 2008. Donated funds are tax deductible and all proceeds from the event go directly to local charities. Many of the successes of past Ribfest events are due in large part to the funds donated to the event by sponsors. This year we are hoping to break all of our past records for attendance, which will give our sponsors even greater media exposure throughout the summer than previous years.

Terms and Conditions of Sponsorship.

1. Selection of sponsorship for events or items is on a first come, first serve basis.

2. Sponsorship is secured upon receipt of an executed contract and payment of sponsored item or event. Failure to provide payment by May 30th, 2008 may result in forfeiture of the contract. Please make cheques payable to The Rotary Club of Burlington Lakeshore.

3. All Sponsorship contracts are final and cannot be retracted.

4. The Rotary Club of Burlington Lakeshore reserves the right to decline sponsorship.

5. The Rotary Club of Burlington Lakeshore reserves the right to amend the rules and regulations governing sponsorship at its discretion.
