Sunday performing from 5:30 to 7:30 pm on the West Stage at Ribffest.

Poppa Groove is a versatile, dynamic band based in Burlington, Ontario playing a groovy mix of Rhythm & Blues, Funk and Rock music, dating from the 60’s to the 90’s. The band adapts to various musical settings based on the requirements of the venue. The normal line-up is a 4 piece [Guitarist, Bass player, Keyboardist and Drummer] but can range is size from a trio to a 7-piece band with horns. Poppa Groove is experienced in playing Weddings, Private Parties, Festivals and Corporate Functions. References are available. The guys enjoy it best when people are dancing, so that’s what they provide - fun, popular, danceable songs. Whatever the setting, Poppa Groove always supplies the music to make your event come alive!" Special guest for the Ribfest will be Carson Freeman on saxophone.
