Kid's Day at the Park 2007HEY KIDS!!!
Saturday, September 1st at Spencer Smiths Park, Burlington is the coolest place to be! On Saturday afternoon come and join us for an experience made just for you; full of fun and excitement! There are lots of great shows, new friends to meet, creepy-crawly creatures and you can even get your face painted! Meet the friendly Firemen and then climb aboard a fire truck. Join along singing songs with Jude Johnson, be amazed by some magic, and you might even get the chance to be a pirate and join in a treasure hunt. Here’s a list of the days events so you don’t miss any of the fun!
12:00pm - Mad Science! Experiment with Mad Science Productions, thrilling audiences for over 9 years. The show is infused with award-winning fun science expertise.
1:00pm - Reptile Party.com Reptile Party.com is proud to present the wonderful world of reptiles in a fun hands-on way that kids love. The show features a wide variety of snakes, lizards, frogs and other cool reptiles. Wow! Amphibian Amber from Reptile Party.com will be in the park from 11:00 to 5:00.
2:00pm - “Silly Singin’ and a Swingin’ Show” with Jude Johnson Jude Johnson is Hamilton’s music ambassador, with 7 recordings released, including Singin’ and a Swingin’. She can be seen everyday on the Treehouse Channel TV show Ants in your Pants.
3:00pm - Awesome Magic Show with Robert Presswood The Amazing Robert Presswood has been providing magical entertainment for over 19 years. His magic will leave you wondering “How did he do that?” Robert loves to have volunteers from the audience help him out.
3:30pm - Treasure at Pirate Island Listen up all you landlubbers! Join Pirate Jack Hawk search for a long lost treasure! Pirate Jack will teach everyone how to be a pirate in “Pirate School” then set off with his first mates to find the treasure.
